Items needed:
- Smoker that you can control the temperature effectively on.
- Salmon filets skin-on
- Brown sugar 2 cups
- Kosher salt ½ cup
- Black pepper ¼ cup
- Garlic powder ¼ cup
- Water-tight container or foil pans
- Aluminum foil
- Glaze for the salmon
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple with the juice
- 1 jar of mango chile preserves
