- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 2tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2cup panko bread crumbs, more if needed to reach desired consistency
