- 3 Large mushroom caps
- 2 Baby Bok Choy cut in half.
- 1 Large baking potato
- 1 Stick whole unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon whipped butter
- 1 Chives for Garnish
- 1 Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 Tablespoons or ¼ cup minced mushroom stems.
- 1 Cup beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose flour
